cuba fikirkan. Kalau satu company sudah ada ratusan orang apply, kenapa dia harus milih kamu? ini seperti cabutan bertuah. dan kalau hanya dengan interview, itu tidak pasti bahawa kamu bukan pemalas, membuang masa dan tenaga syarikat yang ambil kamu. (lebih lagi kalau bahasa melayu begitu.
Jadi, syarikat biasanya kalau mau ambil fresh grad, biasa mereka tanya kawan2 ada orang yang rajin, boleh dipercayai. mereka lebih suka “word of mouth” dan ada kawan yang menjadi “character reference”.
Kalau mau masuk oil and gas, cari kawan, atau pensyarah, atau saudara yang kenal orang, tak peduli hanya sales, atau service, atau site office yang ada hubungan di oil and gas, selepas itu, cuba perluaskan contact yang ada, dan buktikan bahawa kamu benar benar satu aset kepada syarikat. waktu itu, pasti banyak yang mau menawarkan kerja.
