Information management (IM) solutions are developed to drive inefficiencies and inadequate processes out of the process industry supply chains by providing early visibility of quality, fully validated information – Supply Chain Content, to all parties in the plant life cycle.
An IM solution improves information on existing facilities to give a true picture of the physical plant configuration, linked through the bill of materials to inventory spares, and maintains the quality of supply chain information throughout the life of the plant.
