This is a shout out for the IEM. The Penang Branch will have an event entitled ‘The Galaxy of Engineering Stars’. Amongst the stars in the brochure are:
- Dato’ Paduka Ir. Hj Keizrul Abdullah.
- Dato’ Seri Ir. Hj Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin
- Ir. Ooi Poay Lum

As an anti-establishment, IEM hater, I’d like to comment on this “engineering stars”
The new titles should be:
1. Engineering Dilemma : Going into the drains
2. The New Engineering Paradigm : New Organisation that actually do something in Malaysia!
3. Common Sense is lacking in Engineers (look at the posting of some stupid graduates here)
4. Engineers as a Academician & A researcher never earns money.
I would like to give a talk title: How to be make money, get the babes, and retire with USD20million as an engineer.
Don’t even know anyone of them. too boring.
i guess i’d rather see people bury michael jackson or watch a monkey in the zoo than go there….
or
watch paint peel off the wall.
