Back in 1994, we supplied our syntactic 512 polyurethane elastomer insulation system to insulate & protect 15kms of 12″ flowlines for Guntong D.We would be interested to know how the insulation system is performing & did it achieve the design specification to meet the flow assurance requirements.A response would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.
Carlyle: I don’t know how the current state of the insulation system. I assume that if I didn’t hear about it during my career with Esso (I joined the year GuD hit the water), it’s still working fine. BTW, you typed in your url link wrongly, it’s been corrected.
