- There’s a new boy in town, Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company, KPOC, a JV between PCSB, Shell and ConocoPhillips. There are positions for planning engineers, cost engineers, marine installation eng, snr mech eng (stat/rotate), snr structural (jacket/topsides), opns assurance, snr electrical eng.
