On top there is 2 air conditioner outdoor units, the drain pipe jutting out a bit, with excellent access for the condensate to the electrical junction boxes below.
Kudos to Petrofac on the solution to put the banner on top the junction boxes. Without the banner, an electrocution hazard can easily happen, Good job!
