Safety Incident – Explosion at Subang Empire


This is one incident that can be milked for a long time by the occupational and process safety practitioner companies. Synergy’s doors are open to consult regarding the dangers of a confined vapour explosion. If LPG was involved, the incident could have been worst. Can anyone say BLEVE?
