Reduction Of RON97 Price Proves Government Sensitive To World Oil Prices, Says PDAM

HoHoHoHo. Apparently someone has a sense of humour. Too bad they don’t have a sense of irony.

Dateline 2011-06-16:

The Government’s decision to reduce the price of RON97 petrol to RM2.80 a litre is a right and smart move to prove it is sensitive towards the movement of world’s oil prices, said the Petroleum Dealers Association of Malaysia (PDAM).

PDAM’s deputy president Datuk Zulkifli Mokti said although the drop was small, the efficient move taken indirectly proved the commitment of the government to lessen the people’s burden in terms of using the fuel.
