Murphy has already indictaed who they want to hire for the position. Advertisment is just to satisfy PMU.
Most operator is doing it as they must prove to PMU that they can’t get suitable local for the position.

Hi Wata, You are quite right, high pofile positions are sought and offered via old boys channels and head hunted. They have hired an EX EXXON as a Gas Asset Manager and the position advertised would be for his team.

I have 2 years experiences working at EPCM company. experience on HVAC system at Industry factory building. I am interested to enter O&G field. I had personally did some retrofit work involving piping and pumps. Familiar with equipment like pump, heat exchanger, piping instrument and others.
Do you have any recommendation any company or any jobs suitable with my experiences? from your opinion, am i consider still graduated engineer?
