Mesra Mall, Kerteh – White Elephant Finally Opened


The mall has finally been opened:

  • next to a school
  • in a kampung area
  • just in time for the 2009 end of year holidays.

    Well, at least Petronas shares something that most people think should be deserved only for ‘orang bandar’ with ‘orang kampung’. Is that wrong?

    and that’s the only kampung you can use your mastercard/visa.
