KAZAN: Russia has agreed to guarantee long-term supplies of petrol, oil and gas to Malaysia, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The Prime Minister said the agreement would provide certainty to Malaysians about the country’s energy supply without having to rely on agreements that are renewed every year or for a specific season.
