PETRONAS, through Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with regional exploration and production (E&P) operators and Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP) to jointly evaluate opportunities for improved and enhanced oil recovery (IOR/EOR) in offshore assets.
