Petronas awards PSC of Permata Cluster off Sabah coast to London-based firm

KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas’ Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM) has awarded the production sharing contract (PSC) for the Permata Cluster off Sabah’s coast.

The national oil and gas company said the award concludes the three discovered resource opportunities (DRO) clusters under the Malaysia Bid Round 2025 and the progression of an additional exploration block offered under the Malaysia Bid Round 2025 (MBR 2025) launched early last year.
