(Updated) BEM – Professional Engineer Registration Renewal


I attach the updated BEM Notice Renewal 2011, the one available as a PDF at the website. I’ve converted it to Word format, to make it easy for you to fill up.

The old form is still acceptable, as that is what I received in the mail.

Donations of USD5 per copy used are acceptable, though the going rate is usually USD8.
