I was visiting Kerteh a while back. As I managed to finish my business on time (and I found some parking space), I decided to decompress at an old Chukaiese (is there such a word) favourite huant, Hai Peng.

Many memories associated with Hai Peng and Kemaman. Use to be there everyday rain or shine for my morning cuppa.
Rig Rat: Parking’s terrible around the area. Compound that with the funky hi-tech parking payment scheme across the road.
Friend of mine who is from Kemaman calls it Texas. With the name translating to Tax Town we decided to call it so.
Do we have the big blonde bimbos there like Texas?
