Shout Out – IEM OGMTD AGM


The Oil, Gas & Mining Tech Division will be having their (our?) 19th AGM on Sat, 21st Nov, 2009 at 10.30 am, at the 3rd Floor, Auditorium, Wisma IEM, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Please come and get yourself elected into the Committee.

AGENDA (I guess I should be intimately familiar with this, seeing that I am the Sec/Treas)

  1. Opening Address by the Chairman of Session 2008/2009.
  2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 18th Annual General Meeting held on 22nd November 2008
  3. Matters Arising.
  4. Secretary’s Report for the Session 2008/2009
  5. To receive and adopt the Financial Statement for the year ending 30 October 2009
  6. Election of the Office Bearers for the Session 2009/2010
  7. Address by the Chairman for Session 2009/2010
  8. Any Other Business

Your presence will contribute to the success of this meeting. Actually, I’m hoping that you will raise all sorts of issues and questions. How about challenging me for the position of Deputy Chairman?
