Saturday Star 2008-12-27 – Job Opportunities


Another week, another scan of the Saturday Star newspaper. Here’s a list of job ads in the paper:

  • Synergy Oil and Gas Engineering is recruiting fresh chemical engineering graduates, or those with around 1 year experience. CVs may be sent to enquiry@synergykl.com.my. It’s also looking for admin execs who can run the invoicing / payroll / accounting as well as be office managers. We DO have a physical office, y’know.

Strangely, there were no oil and gas engineering adverts in the last Saturday issue.

    Salam,

    Hehe. It’s maybe due to the upcoming recession. I’ve been hearing lots of O&G companies are freezing their employment. Luckily my company still hiring and no increment nor bonuses frozen.

    yes, it is true. Economy is bad.

    I heard Synergy is expanding and opening 4 branches in the next year from the big man.
